About the Role

As a Staff Software Engineer specializing in AI Applications, you will take on a leadership role in defining IT process and technology strategies alongside senior management. Your mission is to create, enhance, and optimize our customer solution roadmaps by incorporating emerging technologies and trends while respecting our existing architecture.

You will serve as a cross-functional leader, collaborating with business leaders, architects, and software engineers to design and build high-performing, scalable systems. A core focus of this position is championing the integration of AI and ML capabilities into our enterprise solutions. You will identify opportunities to leverage large language models, generative AI tools, and intelligent automation to significantly enhance customer and business outcomes.

In your day-to-day, you will lead teams in resolving complex technical problems that span multiple technology tiers and integration layers. You will evaluate third-party packages, recommend customization strategies, and drive a DevOps culture by establishing CI/CD pipeline strategies, infrastructure as code, and automated testing practices. Beyond technical delivery, you will mentor developers, assist in architectural design, and help develop training curricula to keep the team at the forefront of new techniques and technologies.
