OhioHealth is seeking a compassionate Staff RN to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this position, you will serve as a vital member of an interdisciplinary team, delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients across an assigned unit or clinic. Your day will involve performing detailed assessments, administering medications safely, and coordinating care with physicians and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key role in educating patients and their families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans, while actively participating in quality improvement and patient experience initiatives. As a valued team member, you may also have the opportunity to precept and mentor peers and new staff, helping to cultivate the next generation of nursing professionals.
