As a Staff RN, you will be the cornerstone of patient care, bridging the gap between clinical expertise and human connection. This role exists to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes through evidence-based practice. Your day will involve comprehensive patient assessments, precise medication administration, and the development of individualized care plans that evolve with patient needs. You will collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate seamless care, from admission through discharge planning. Beyond clinical duties, you will serve as an educator, empowering patients and families with the knowledge they need to manage their health conditions. You will also play a key role in upholding strict safety and infection-prevention standards, ensuring a secure environment for everyone we serve.

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred or obtained within set timeframe), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, and specialty certification (e.g., CCRN, PCCN, CMSRN).
