About the Role
As a Staff RN, you will be the cornerstone of patient care, bridging the gap between clinical expertise and human connection. This role exists to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes through evidence-based practice. Your day will involve comprehensive patient assessments, precise medication administration, and the development of individualized care plans that evolve with patient needs. You will collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate seamless care, from admission through discharge planning. Beyond clinical duties, you will serve as an educator, empowering patients and families with the knowledge they need to manage their health conditions. You will also play a key role in upholding strict safety and infection-prevention standards, ensuring a secure environment for everyone we serve.

- check_circleProvide direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, and treatment interventions

- check_circleMonitor patient status, recognize changes, and respond to emergencies per protocols
- check_circleEducate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans
- check_circleDocument all care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- check_circleAdhere to infection prevention, safety, and quality standards
- check_circlePrecept and mentor new nurses and support staff as needed

Requirements
- verifiedActive RN license in the state of employment
- verifiedBasic Life Support (BLS) required
- verifiedAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- verifiedBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- verifiedSpecialty certification (e.g., CCRN, PCCN, CMSRN) a plus
