OhioHealth is seeking a compassionate Staff RN to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this position, you will be the cornerstone of patient care, performing comprehensive assessments, administering medications, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans. Your day will involve monitoring patient status, responding promptly to changes, and educating patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans. Beyond direct care, you will document accurately in the EMR, adhere to strict safety and infection prevention standards, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. As a valued member of the team, you may also have the opportunity to precept and mentor peers and new staff, helping to cultivate the next generation of nursing excellence.
