As a clinically competent Registered Nurse at USC Arcadia Hospital, you will utilize the nursing process to provide safe, therapeutic care to patients with complex, multisystem needs. This role focuses on serving acutely ill patients with medical/surgical diagnoses or maternal/child health conditions, which are the primary reasons for admission. You will function as an integral member of the interdisciplinary and nursing teams, carrying out established nursing procedures while directing care provided by LVNs, CNAs, nursing students, and logistics technicians.
Your day-to-day impact involves demonstrating a professional commitment to the unit team by promoting unity and teamwork. You will actively participate in the organization-wide Performance Improvement Program, engaging in orientation, education, and quality planning activities to ensure the highest standards of care.
