About the Role

Located in Templeton, California, Adventist Health Twin Cities has been serving northern San Luis Obispo County since 1977. This 122-bed acute care facility is nestled amongst oak trees, offering a unique blend of rural charm and modern medical excellence. The Emergency Department team provides exceptional care in emergency medicine, orthopedics, obstetrics, and various medical and surgical services.

As a Registered Nurse in our ED, you will be the heartbeat of our emergency response. Your day will involve assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care while coordinating with a dedicated healthcare team to ensure every patient's needs are met. You will function as a vital link in the chain of care, from identifying signs of cardiac or respiratory distress to managing Code Blue situations and facilitating timely discharge planning. Beyond clinical duties, you will contribute to a culture of safety and cooperation, assisting in the education of new staff and maintaining the highest standards of documentation and infection control.
