We are seeking a Clinical Manager to join our Women's Services team at our Northeast Hospital in Humble, Texas. This position is pivotal in providing leadership to the department, overseeing daily operations, and managing the development of departmental staff. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process to ensure safety, compassion, and efficiency.
In this role, you will manage the daily operations of a patient care department, including forecasting staffing needs and serving in a charge nurse role as required. You will work closely with physicians, management team members, and business partners to address strategic initiatives and organizational goals. Your focus will be on optimizing the patient experience by considering the diverse needs of each patient throughout the continuum of care, ensuring the highest level of service according to established standards.
