Staff Pharmacist

About the Role

As a key member of our Health & Wellness team, you will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to our customers, ensuring they receive accurate prescription dispensing, expert counseling, and vital health services like immunizations. This role exists to bridge the gap between clinical expertise and accessible community care, fostering a culture where patient safety, accuracy, and compliance are the cornerstones of our daily operations.

In this position, you will not only process prescription orders but also serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their healthcare needs while maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to all state and federal regulations. You will lead by example, mentoring associates on customer service techniques, driving continuous improvement in patient safety, and ensuring our facility operates with the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
