As a Pharmacy Leader at Walmart, you will serve as a vital link between our customers and their health needs. You will be responsible for managing the operational integrity of the pharmacy, from processing orders and administering immunizations to counseling customers on their medication needs.
In this position, you will act as a mentor and guide for your team, helping to develop action plans that improve patient care and compliance. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure that all business processes align with company standards and legal regulations. Your day-to-day involves modeling proper customer service approaches, enforcing safety controls, and driving continuous improvements to reduce risk and enhance the patient experience.
