About the Role
The Staff Development Coordinator acts as the primary educator for Ely Manor. This role is designed for a nurse who is passionate about teaching others, conducting orientation, and providing in-service educational programs for the nursing staff. Beyond staff development, this position is responsible for the wound care program, which includes conducting weekly wound rounds and performing skin assessments.
