About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated CT Technologist to join the Radiology team at the UCHealth Anschutz Outpatient Pavilion in Aurora, Colorado. In this onsite role, you will provide computed tomography imaging in strict accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice, while embodying the organization's core values and mission.
Your day will involve reviewing patient history and physician orders, scheduling exams, and educating patients to ensure their understanding and cooperation. You will prepare and administer contrast media and medications within your scope of practice, continuously monitoring patient conditions and responding to changes in status. The role requires critical thinking and decisive judgment to troubleshoot equipment, perform quality control procedures, and analyze imaging results to resolve any quality issues. You will work in a fast-paced environment, often with minimal supervision, to deliver high-quality care during night shifts.
