About the Role
As a CT/Radiology Technologist, you will be a vital partner in our diagnostic imaging process. Your primary mission is to perform high-quality CT and radiologic imaging procedures that support accurate diagnoses while ensuring the safety and comfort of every patient. You will collaborate closely with physicians, radiologists, and clinical staff to navigate the fast-paced demands of a clinical setting, including emergency and trauma imaging needs.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform CT and general radiologic exams according to physician orders and established protocols
- check_circlePrepare, position, and immobilize patients to obtain high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring safety and comfort
- check_circleOperate CT scanners and radiographic equipment, applying radiation safety and ALARA principles at all times
- check_circleVerify patient identification, exam details, and relevant clinical history prior to imaging procedures
- check_circleAssess image quality and repeat or adjust studies when necessary to meet diagnostic standards
- check_circleAssist with contrast media preparation and administration according to protocols, monitoring patients for adverse reactions
- check_circleInitiate and maintain IV access for imaging studies when qualified and per hospital policy
- check_circleDocument procedures and complete accurate, timely records in PACS, RIS, and the electronic medical record
- check_circleCollaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other staff to prioritize exams and support patient care decisions
- check_circleSupport emergency and trauma imaging needs, responding quickly and effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting
- check_circleMaintain infection control standards and ensure cleanliness and organization of imaging rooms and equipment
- check_circleParticipate in routine equipment checks, quality control procedures, and reporting of equipment malfunctions
Requirements
