As a Staff Associate, you will be the vital link supporting a team of clinicians. Your primary mission is to ensure a high-quality patient experience for families receiving care at the Institute. You will manage the administrative backbone of clinical operations, including maintaining accurate patient records and facilitating seamless communication between clinicians, patients, and their families.
In this fully onsite, full-time role, you will manage clinicians' calendars to ensure the efficiency of clinical time, schedule appointments in the electronic medical records (EMR) system, and coordinate services. You will also handle intakes, check in patients, and process daily billing. By strictly adhering to HIPAA guidelines, you will help protect personal health information while ensuring the smooth flow of phone and email correspondence.
