About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Nursing Manager to join our growing team. In this full-time, salaried-exempt position, you will play a crucial role in leading nursing staff and ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our clients. Reporting directly to the Nursing Director, you will function as a key member of the facility's leadership team, overseeing staff performance, workflow, and adherence to company policies and clinical procedures.
You will serve as the vital liaison between nursing staff, medical providers, and administrative leadership to ensure consistent communication and timely clinical coordination. Your day-to-day involves providing ongoing coaching and mentorship to Client Care Coordinators, developing continuous quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring facility readiness for licensing and accreditation audits. This role exists to drive operational excellence and regulatory compliance while supporting a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements
