About the Role
PYA is seeking Staff Consultants and Senior Consultants to join its collaborative consulting department. This unique role provides the right candidate with cross-sectional experience that enhances healthcare industry knowledge and expertise. The specific career experience is tailored to each individual's strengths while offering opportunities to learn and apply skills across various consulting services, including compensation valuation and design, transaction advisory services, business valuation, healthcare strategy, healthcare revenue and compliance advisory, and healthcare operations assessment and improvements.
In this role, you will support the consulting department by applying technical skills to financial and operational analyses and report writing to create deliverables aligned with project expectations. You will provide excellent communication internally and externally, actively participating in internal meetings, client discussions, and presentations. Working with guidance from senior leadership, you will lead various work streams within a project, managing day-to-day engagement priorities both individually and as part of a team. The position is designed for those with a curiosity to learn from experienced leaders who support and guide the team.
