We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. In this role, you will support the preparation of accurate financial reporting, month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and financial analysis. You will work closely with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate reporting in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
Your day-to-day will involve preparing and analyzing financial reports for management review, maintaining supporting documentation for journal entries, and assisting with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities. You will perform balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and account research, while analyzing income statement activity to identify trends or discrepancies. Additionally, you will support compliance with accounting policies, assist with fixed asset accounting, and participate in audit preparation.

Determining compensation for this role depends upon a wide array of factors including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, office location, and other business needs. The salary range for this role is $80,000–$85,000 annually. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
