About the Role
As a Staff Accountant, you will be a key part of the accounting team, serving as a vital link in supporting client relationships while delivering essential audit, bookkeeping, and tax preparation services. This position is designed to offer a broad exploration of public accounting, allowing you to discover your niche within audit, bookkeeping, or tax work.
The role offers a dynamic rhythm throughout the year. During tax season, you will embrace the challenge of meeting critical deadlines with extended hours. For the remainder of the year, the schedule typically shifts to a standard 30-40 hour week, offering flexibility to balance professional responsibilities with personal passions and family time. While the core schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., the firm encourages flexibility to accommodate individual needs. Candidates with three or more years of experience in a similar role at a CPA firm may be eligible for hybrid or remote work arrangements.

Requirements
