About the Role

This position is located at Calvert Cliffs Nuclear in Lusby, MD. As a Senior Work Week Manager, you will direct the development of detailed plans and schedules for all corrective and preventative maintenance, surveillance, post-maintenance testing, and modifications within an assigned work week. Leveraging your leadership experience from previous operations supervisory or managerial roles, you will ensure the efficient and effective execution of the work week schedule in a safe, effective, and compliant manner.

During the execution week, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to the On-line Risk profile, Technical Specifications, and Clean Energy Center (CEC) Procedures. You will cross organizational boundaries to collaborate with all departments and designated Project Managers, resolving conflicts that challenge schedule safety and performance. This role involves coaching and mentoring members of the Work Management and CEC personnel to ensure fleet and CEC goals are met. This is a strategic position based on business need, requiring former supervisory or managerial experience rather than an automatic progression from a Work Week Manager role.

Candidates must maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and pass a favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties. The selection process will evaluate your demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in roles such as Ops Shift Manager, Ops Shift Supervisor, or Maintenance FLS/Engineering.
