Join the Hotel Engineering Services (HES) team at Disneyland Resort Hotels, where our mission is to create a safe and comfortable environment for our guests. As a critical part of the Facilities Shared Services group, your work ensures that the operational backbone of our three resort hotels—the Disneyland Hotel, Pixar Place Hotel, and The Grand Californian Hotel—remains robust and efficient.
As a Sr. Warehouse Issue Clerk, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all HES parts orders, managing the critical inventory and procurement processes that keep our operations running smoothly. You will collaborate closely with external vendors to evaluate quotes and pricing, ensuring timely issuance of purchase orders while aligning with HES financial goals.
In this role, you will maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment across three properties, handling a diverse inventory of over 5,000 plumbing, electrical, lighting, HVAC, and kitchen parts. Your day-to-day involves bridging the gap between internal needs and external supply, troubleshooting delivery concerns, and reconciling invoices to resolve discrepancies. You will also contribute to continuous improvement by developing training materials and procedures, ensuring that our procurement and warehousing practices evolve to meet the high standards of the Disney brand.
