About the Role

As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead the design strategy for a specific business or product line. You will serve as the expert user of various design tools and informally mentor other designers. Your mission is to rally cross-functional teams around customer needs, advocate for users within the agile team, and challenge the status quo with confidence. You will drive product innovation by involving customers in the process, ensuring that the solutions we build deliver real value and growth. This role requires you to master the user-centered design process, manage UCD deliverables, and use data to inform future strategies while fostering a collaborative environment where ideas are shared and recognized.
