About the Role
This combined leadership role serves as the strategic anchor for the Kittyhawk ERP instance and its associated bolt-on applications. You will be responsible for defining the vision for the database and platform landscape, ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and a compliant cyber posture across the ecosystem.
The position sits at the intersection of technical architecture and operational leadership. You will lead the team in driving performance, accountability, and continuous growth while overseeing the planning and delivery of Oracle and ERP initiatives. Your day-to-day involves designing scalable, secure architectures, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring strict compliance with regulatory and internal policies. Beyond architecture, you will lead critical application support activities, including P1 incident resolution, patching, change management, and production release coordination. You will also be responsible for maintaining the vitality roadmap for Kittyhawk and its bolt-ons, ensuring the system remains compliant with standards such as CMMC and SOX.

Requirements
