This combined leadership position serves as the strategic guardian for the Kittyhawk ERP instance and its associated bolt-on applications. The role exists to ensure the highest standards of availability, performance, and security across the entire database and platform ecosystem. By leveraging sophisticated automation, integrated monitoring, and metric analytics, the incumbent will drive a culture of continuous improvement, minimizing incident rates while maintaining a compliant cyber posture.
You will act as the primary liaison between technical execution and business strategy, aligning database initiatives with enterprise architecture goals. The day-to-day rhythm involves leading complex incident resolutions, orchestrating critical patching and release cycles, and managing a roadmap that keeps the Kittyhawk environment vital and compliant with standards such as CMMC and SOX. This is a high-impact role requiring the ability to coordinate across US hours, manage weekend escalations, and foster a collaborative environment with IT leadership and application teams.
