In this position, you will serve as a self-sufficient RF Hardware Design Engineer, leading teams and independently developing approaches to complex solutions. You will contribute to the entire program lifecycle, from technical planning and system architecture to the maturation of RF design, verification, and validation.
Your day-to-day involves interfacing with subject matter experts, managing RF systems engineering program plans for cost and schedule, and providing manufacturing support including assembly and test. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, cross-Business Areas, and customers to communicate status and results, while solving difficult technical issues associated with specific projects.
