About the Role
In this position, you will serve as a self-sufficient RF Hardware Design Engineer, leading teams and independently developing approaches to complex solutions. You will contribute to the entire program lifecycle, from top-level architecture design and requirements decomposition to the maturation of RF design. Your work involves interfacing with subject matter experts, managing RF systems engineering program plans for cost and schedule, and providing manufacturing support including assembly and test.
You will collaborate through effective communication with interdisciplinary teams, cross-Business Areas, and customers to ensure status and results are clearly conveyed. This role is critical for developing work instruction planning and designing with manufacturability in mind, while performing cascade analysis, modeling, simulation, and troubleshooting of various RF subsystems, circuits, and components.
