The KLA Services team, headquartered in Milpitas, CA, is our service organization comprising Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. We partner with our field teams and customers across all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services.
Our comprehensive services include proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance, expertise in optics, image processing, and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams, knowledge management systems, and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.
This position serves as a strategic leader within the Spares Supply Chain, ensuring the optimal inventory is planned and stocked at the right place and time to support our global customers. You will own the end-to-end spares demand planning execution for assigned product lines, aligning installed base trends, failure behavior, and business priorities. By translating high-level business objectives into actionable demand plans, you will drive inventory, replenishment, and repair strategies that balance customer availability, cost, and risk.
In this role, you will lead and develop a team of spares demand planners, providing coaching, performance management, and career development support. You will act as the primary escalation point for complex demand issues, including ramps, part transitions, and forecast anomalies. Your work will involve partnering closely with Supply Planning, Product Support, Services Operations, Finance, and regional stakeholders to resolve demand-supply gaps and communicate risks to leadership. You will champion continuous improvement of planning processes, data quality, and governance while leveraging advanced analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

Previous experience leading or mentoring planners in a complex, matrixed supply chain environment. Demonstrated ability in supply chain operations and improvements in sophisticated manufacturing environment, with a strong preference for experience in the semiconductor equipment industry or other complex, high-mix/low-volume products. Strong understanding of service spares or aftermarket planning concepts, including installed base-driven demand, failure behavior, repair loops, and lifecycle transitions. Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets, identify trends, and translate analysis into business decisions. Experience working with MRP/ERP systems and data visualization or analytics tools. Track record of influencing cross-functional partners without direct authority.
