About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive full-stack design, development, and delivery within a high-velocity engineering team. This position uniquely blends deep engineering excellence with a modern AI-first mindset, requiring the ability to rapidly prototype using GenAI platforms to accelerate both team output and innovation.
In this role, you will architect scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-native solutions on AWS, applying microservices principles across the entire stack—from frontend interfaces to backend infrastructure. You will build responsive web applications, robust cross-platform mobile experiences, and resilient backend services, all while leveraging AI-assisted tools to enhance code generation, testing, and documentation.
Beyond technical execution, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. You will actively participate in code reviews, mentor mid-level and junior engineers on cloud practices and AI tool adoption, and contribute to fast-moving ideation-to-ship cycles.
