About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive full-stack design, development, and delivery within a high-velocity engineering team. This position uniquely blends deep engineering excellence with a modern AI-first mindset, requiring the ability to rapidly prototype using GenAI platforms to accelerate team output and innovation.
In this role, you will architect scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-native solutions on AWS. You will design microservices across the full stack—frontend, backend, and infrastructure—leveraging a broad ecosystem of services including Lambda, API Gateway, and serverless databases. Your work will span building responsive web interfaces with React, developing robust backend services with Java, Python, or Node.js, and creating cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter/Dart.
Beyond traditional development, you will be at the forefront of integrating AI-assisted engineering. You will utilize GenAI and LLM platforms to rapidly prototype concepts, accelerate code generation and testing, and evaluate AI-generated outputs for security and production readiness. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of quality by mentoring mid-level and junior engineers on cloud practices, design patterns, and the effective adoption of AI tools.

Requirements

Nice to Have
