About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Developer/Senior GIS Support Specialist to provide development and Tier 1-3 technical support for a large-scale Enterprise GIS environment. This is a hands-on role best suited for a senior professional with deep experience supporting, administering, and enhancing ArcGIS and ArcFM-based systems within enterprise and utility environments.
You will work closely with internal technical teams and client subject matter experts to maintain system stability, deploy enhancements, and resolve complex issues across mission-critical GIS applications. This position offers the opportunity to work on enterprise GIS platforms that support critical utility operations in a high-impact, collaborative environment with experienced technical teams.
Engagement Details
This is a long-term contract position with an hourly rate and the opportunity for overtime. The role is hybrid and located in Brooklyn, NY. Candidates must be local to the NYC metro area and authorized to legally work in the US without sponsorship. Third-party recruiters or agencies are not permitted to submit candidates.
The schedule features flexible support hours between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST, including rotational weekend support. The interview process will be conducted via video.

- check_circleProvide Tier 1, 2, and 3 technical support for ArcGISFM-based Enterprise GIS applications
