About the Role
The Settlement Analyst serves as a critical link in our energy trading operations, responsible for conducting comprehensive settlement analysis on bilateral (ICE and 3rd Party), PPAs, and ISO-driven trades within our portfolio. This role ensures financial accuracy and operational integrity by issuing settlement reports that strictly adhere to Leeward protocols. You will work at the intersection of data validation, financial reconciliation, and cross-functional collaboration to support our growing portfolio of renewable assets.

- check_circleValidate power generation and pricing data to develop settlement statements for trades and assets
- check_circleIdentify and resolve discrepancies between anticipated and realized settlement values
- check_circleSend daily power meter data validations to counterparties while adhering to market deadlines
- check_circleCreate and maintain templates with generation and price details for off-takers and hedge counterparties
- check_circleMonitor counterparty settlements to ensure accurate capture in the Energy Trading and Risk Management system
- check_circleAssist with the onboarding of new projects during the development stage
- check_circleManage Renewable Energy Certificate (REC) settlements and provide accounting details for transactions
- check_circlePerform analytical research to determine causes and resolve settlement or invoicing discrepancies
- check_circleIdentify process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance invoice production efficiency
Requirements
