About the Role

The Senior SEO Technologist serves as the team's search subject matter expert, owning the technical health, content optimization, and search performance of all AMN Healthcare web properties. This role is critical for ensuring our content is discoverable, citable, and converting across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered answer engines like Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.

You will partner closely with Brand, OMNI, Product Marketing, and Development teams to execute a comprehensive strategy. Your day-to-day involves managing the technical infrastructure of our web properties, creating and optimizing content within the Optimizely (Episerver) CMS, and monitoring our visibility in an evolving digital landscape. By bridging the gap between technical SEO requirements and content strategy, you will help drive brand authority and organic growth.
