Sensus, a Xylem company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, integrated product development initiatives as part of the Solutions Team. This role is ideal for a leader who can balance deep engagement in modern, software-led product development with strong business acumen and commercial focus.
The Senior Project Manager is accountable for driving both execution excellence and business outcomes, ensuring that product and platform investments align with strategic objectives, customer value, and financial performance. A core aspect of this role is the ability to develop, refine, and communicate clear, data-backed business cases throughout the product lifecycle.
This role operates in an environment where problem statements, solution paths, and priorities may be evolving or loosely defined. The Senior Project Manager is expected to bring structure, clarity, and strategic direction—translating ambiguity into aligned strategies, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes. The position supports Xylem's ongoing AI, digital, and software transformation, with emphasis on AI Assisted Software Development, modern cloud delivery models, and systems- and software-driven development approaches. While hardware remains an important component of the overall solution, the primary focus is on integration, platform interoperability, and end-to-end solution delivery.
