About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the implementation of CLEAResult's Act 129 Residential Energy Efficiency Programs in Eastern Pennsylvania. This role serves as the primary liaison for the utility client, overseeing all phases of program delivery from cost management and performance tracking to strategic coordination. You will lead cross-functional teams and subcontractors to ensure the successful execution of energy efficiency initiatives while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Location & Travel

This position is remotely based but requires regular travel to Allentown, PA for in-person meetings. Candidates must reside within a reasonable driving distance of the Allentown area to facilitate these requirements.
