About the Role

As a Senior Program Manager of R&D, you will serve as a key strategic and technical leader within our MMS R&D Global organization. You will manage new product development and sustaining activities across complex Infusion Platforms. This role is designed to drive business growth by leading core teams in the commercialization, go-to-market, and launch strategies for new and sustaining projects. You will act as the prime contact for the organization, collaborating with peer leaders and senior external personnel to ensure R&D projects directly support overall company objectives and market opportunities.
