From preliminary concepts to fielded weapon system support, MA&T delivers innovative structural and thermal engineering solutions utilizing methods ranging from classical fundamental & empirically based techniques to state-of-the-art finite element methods leveraging industry leading commercial tools; all complimented and validated by tests executed in a manner to ensure cost effective yet technically balanced solutions.

About the Role

Your customers will include internal personnel and programs as well as external Government personnel and programs. This position requires a high degree of ownership, where you will be expected to meet test objectives and complete work within agreed-upon cost and schedule constraints.
