This Program Manager position is critical to managing supply disruptions and shortages of critical items to minimize business impact. You will ensure adequate inventory of all new or promotional products is on hand to support customer marketing efforts while managing sell-through to limit financial exposure associated with obsolescence.
The purchase of promotional stocks has significant implications within the business, with dollar expenditures routinely reaching seven figures. Your purchasing decisions will directly impact division capacity, manpower planning, and inbound freight. Failure to properly execute these responsibilities can result in losses for involved customers and tarnish the image of McLane, potentially leading to the loss of the account. You will serve as a key liaison, communicating with the organization, customers, and suppliers regarding promotional efforts needed to successfully support initiatives.
This position requires the candidate to report and work from the office on a regular basis. Interested candidates should be located within a 50-minute radius from Rocky Mount, NC.
