We are hiring an Inventory, Retail & Merchandising Manager to own purchasing, back bar cost control, retail strategy, and seasonal activations across four luxury salon locations.
This role is designed for someone who loves fashion but thinks in data and analytics. You will turn inventory from a cost center into a growth engine, influencing profit at every location and shaping what stays and what goes. You won't sit in a cubicle or be buried in bureaucracy; instead, you will build systems that scale for greater impact while protecting margins and enhancing the luxury experience.
