MetroStar is seeking an experienced Sr. Program Analyst I to support our Department of the Air Force (DAF) Category Management workstream on-site at the Pentagon. The ideal candidate is someone who can synthesize complex and sometimes imperfect data into clear insights and trends to support senior leadership decision-making. You will be highly engaged and proactive, translating analysis into actionable recommendations even under tight timelines and quick-turn taskers.
In this role, you will partner with Category Managers and Advisors to conduct spend analyses, market research, and business case development. You will utilize data analytics and visualization tools to generate financial insights and inform senior leader decision-making. Your work will involve producing clear, strategic written deliverables, including reports and executive-level presentations for senior Air Force leadership, as well as developing and refining business processes and documentation.
Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will also plan and support workshops, working groups, and stakeholder engagements by preparing materials, facilitating discussions, and capturing key takeaways.
