Oliver Wyman helps industry leaders in the consumer, telco, and technology sectors develop value growth strategies, improve operations, and maximize organizational effectiveness. Our clients include some of the world's most successful wireless and wireline equipment providers, communications service providers, enterprise IT firms, consumer electronics and semiconductor companies, as well as broadcasters, publishers, platform operators, and entertainment companies.

In our Consumer, Telco, and Technology (CTT) practice, we observe the convergence of consumer-facing industries, where technology continues to disrupt all business models and B2C, B2B, and B2B2C service models are ever-growing. We aim to build new partner connections by uniting those serving consumer-facing businesses, such as retailers, with technology, communications, media, and services sectors. This approach elevates our narratives and executive relevance while maintaining deep sub-sector capabilities.

About the Role

Senior Consultants and Associates are critical members of our consulting team, working side-by-side with clients to drive impact. This position offers excellent career and growth opportunities for talented, highly motivated professionals. You will manage the execution of individual project workstreams, developing hypotheses, managing data collection and analysis, and conducting research to surface actionable insights. Your work will involve synthesizing findings into written presentations and discussing them with clients and stakeholders, while supporting our Partner group in project delivery through accurate, high-quality execution.

You will report to Engagement Managers and Principals, seeking guidance on technical expertise or senior-level advice as needed. A key part of the role involves coaching consultants and helping them develop their skill sets. Work Model & Diversity
