Product Management is responsible for driving the overall user experience, feature strategies, concepts, and engagement paradigms for Disney Entertainment & ESPN's global portfolio of consumer-facing streaming and digital products. This includes Disney+, Hulu, ESPN, ABC, ABC News, Nat Geo, Marvel, and Star Wars.
We are looking for a Sr Principal Product Manager, Sports Commerce to drive highly cross-functional commerce initiatives across Disney Entertainment and ESPN. This role sits at the intersection of sports fandom and commerce, with a focus on driving growth and revenue. Reporting to the VP, Product - Commerce, this is an individual contributor role with significant scope, influence, and executive visibility.
You will lead complex, multi-team efforts, balancing the development of a scalable horizontal commerce platform and user flows with the differentiated needs of sports. Your mission is to improve acquisition, monetization, and retention through thoughtful, high-impact product strategy and execution. You will serve as the product point of view for the broader sports commerce roadmap, defining clear product visions and problem statements for initiatives such as sports-related subscription flows, bundles, and retention mechanics for sports fans.
