About the Role

As a Software Development Manager, you will lead a team responsible for delivering high-impact software outcomes. This role exists to bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic vision, ensuring the right work is built on time in partnership with product managers, designers, and stakeholders. You will manage team performance and career development while evaluating trade-offs between operational work and feature innovation. Your goal is to inspire a working environment that fosters growth and excellence, driving new innovations in how content is developed and provided to learners.
