The Sr. NetSuite Administrator serves as the primary technical steward for NetSuite within a biopharmaceutical manufacturing organization operating in a regulated GMP environment. This role is critical for ensuring the operational effectiveness, stability, and compliance of the ERP system. You will act as the bridge between complex business needs in Materials Management, Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, and Procurement, and scalable, compliant technical solutions.
In this position, you will not only administer and configure the system but also drive continuous improvement. Your day-to-day involves troubleshooting customizations, managing SuiteScript, optimizing workflows, and ensuring data integrity across the platform. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to translate operational challenges into system enhancements while maintaining strict adherence to change control, validation, and audit-ready practices.
You will report to the Associate Director, IT Applications and work within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently while collaborating deeply with IT, Quality, and external vendors. You will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and external service providers, ensuring that all solutions are well-defined, thoroughly tested, and aligned with regulatory expectations.

Graduate degree. NetSuite Certified Professional or NetSuite Admin Certification. SuiteScript certification.
