The Field Services Operations Coordinator serves as the central nervous system for our Field Services organization, bridging the gap between field technicians, Area Managers, and executive leadership. In this critical position, you will ensure the daily execution and operational performance of the team by managing the flow of work orders, data, and communications.
You will act as a primary support resource for a fast-paced field environment, helping to streamline administrative workflows as the business grows. Your day-to-day involves coordinating complex operational data, supporting payroll and bonus accuracy, and facilitating seamless collaboration between Field Services and departments such as Accounting, Supply Chain, IT, and Safety. The ideal candidate is highly organized and analytical, comfortable managing large datasets while remaining approachable and collaborative to field personnel.
