This role is designed for those who want to lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world. As a Senior Sterilization Microbiologist, you will support operational activities related to microbiology, laboratory, and sterilization processes. You will provide technical expertise and strategic direction for the microbiological aspects of sterilization across manufacturing and quality systems.
In this position, you will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure product safety, regulatory compliance, and process robustness. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with external partners to establish requirements for methodology transfers. Your work will directly contribute to building extraordinary technologies that transform lives, ensuring that the sterilization processes for medical devices meet the highest standards of safety and efficacy.
