As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will join the Brand, Marketing and Business Development (BMBD) team, focusing on our flourishing consulting arm. This unique role offers opportunities to engage in activities across market sectors and typologies nationwide. Our team partners with organizational leaders to define their ideal future, planning strategies for equipment, facilities, and processes to bring that vision to life. Projects are anchored by services including strategic transformation, design thinking, experience strategy, space and functional programming, operational planning, organization design, change management, and transition and activation planning.
You will work within a hub of marketing peers led by a Regional Marketing Team Leader, collaborating with Markets, Offices, and Services to advance their messages and win pursuits. Your work will span the BMBD community, partnering with Graphics, Communications, Knowledge Management, Client Engagement, and Market Strategy to deliver marketing excellence across proposals, presentations, collateral, and local brand-building efforts.
To apply, candidates must submit 2-3 work samples demonstrating proficiency with Adobe InDesign and other layout software (such as PowerPoint), along with 1-2 writing samples (e.g., project descriptions, employee bios, or proposal cover letters). Please redact any proprietary or confidential information. We understand that developing these items is often collaborative; we are looking for samples where you held the primary role. Candidates who progress to the interview stage will be expected to present details on these work samples.
Please note that candidates can only apply through the CannonDesign Careers site. Scammers often create fake positions on other platforms; never enter your information or apply for CannonDesign positions elsewhere. Please provide your resume and portfolio when applying.
