About the Role

As a Sr. Manufacturing Development Engineer, you will lead and coordinate projects across extended value streams, providing technical manufacturing support from early development phases through transition to production. This highly visible role leverages your technical knowledge of manufacturing capabilities, product technologies, and business processes to establish and execute manufacturing plans while influencing technical program decisions.

You will serve as the manufacturing and producibility authority within the program, collaborating with multi-disciplined teams to design, control, and improve product producibility. Your work will involve resolving constraints, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring objectives in cost, efficiency, and quality are met.
