The Product Training and Information (PTI) organization is an enabling function within Dematic, responsible for creating and publishing documentation and training deliverables that align with global and regional standards. We support the strategy and priorities of the company to ensure effective project execution and superior customer support for Dematic products, modules, subsystems, solutions, and software.
As the leader of the software technical writing team, you will guide a group of writers in designing, writing, and publishing both internal documentation and customer-facing deliverables for Dematic's global software platforms. Your mission is to arm customers with the 'help' they need to confidently operate their inbound, outbound, and internal operations, as well as to understand data for reporting and decision-making.
You will foster a positive, supportive team environment that promotes work-life balance and recognition, ensuring team members feel valued, engaged, and motivated. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering inputs and clear, actionable content, enabling the Dematic Software Organization to effectively deploy Next Gen Software globally.
