Warner Records is looking for a visionary Senior Manager of Marketing & Digital Strategy to lead high-priority global campaigns for our diverse roster of artists. This isn't just about "releasing records"—it's about architecting moments that move the needle in a hyper-fragmented digital landscape. You are the primary marketing & digital strategist and project lead, sitting at the intersection of A&R, digital, publicity, and sales. You will be responsible for translating an artist's creative vision into a commercial powerhouse, ensuring that every rollout is as innovative as the music itself.
In this role, you will develop marketing and digital strategy across all phases of artist and campaign development, positioning our artists as global stars and differentiating them in the marketplace. You will create an overall marketing and digital vision for the artist to be shared across the company, working with production and A&R to oversee all product creation. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with all departments to develop innovative, fully integrated marketing and digital campaigns that drive cultural relevance, audience growth, and commercial success. You will also oversee the development and execution of innovative digital marketing campaigns for iconic rock and pop music artists, manage team coordinators, and oversee marketing budgets for your designated roster.
