Repsol Services Company, a U.S. affiliate, is seeking an attorney to join its Legal Department. The successful candidate will work closely with the Company's People and Organization team to support various U.S. operations regarding labor and employment matters. Based out of the Company's office in The Woodlands, Texas, this role involves visiting other U.S. offices as necessary.
The position features a significant counseling and training component. Beyond advising on complex legal issues, the attorney will prepare and update labor and employment documents, negotiate relevant agreements, and manage labor and employment claims and litigation. Success in this role requires the ability to excel on culturally diverse teams and collaborate effectively across departments and disciplines to ensure issues are examined from all necessary angles.
This office follows a hybrid work model and a compressed work schedule (9/80). However, the specific schedule will be approved by the hiring manager and may be adjusted as needed based on business needs or individual performance.
