About the Role

As a Senior HVAC Service Technician, you will be the driving force behind the safety, efficiency, and compliance of our residential heating, air conditioning, and ventilation services. This role is designed for a skilled professional who takes pride in inspecting, diagnosing, and completing electronic and mechanical repairs on HVAC equipment and water heaters.

In this position, you will not only perform preventative maintenance but also train others in best practices. You will serve as the face of Constellation for homeowners, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication regarding work performed and recommendations.
