- check_circleCommunicate clearly with homeowners regarding work performed and service recommendations
- check_circleMaintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition
- check_circlePerform preventative maintenance on residential heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment
- check_circleComplete required documentation including service tickets, time logs, and material usage records
- check_circleDiagnose and complete electronic and mechanical repairs for HVAC systems and water heaters
- check_circleAdhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and local or national codes
- check_circleRespond to emergency situations while on-call to ensure timely service delivery
Requirements
- verified5 years of work experience in HVAC service
- verifiedAll required State licensing
- verifiedValid EPA-608 Technician Certification, Type 2 or higher
- verifiedValid driver's license
- verifiedAbility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime
